Mr. Sunil Goel, the Founder of Numax, brings over 34 years of unparalleled experience in the real estate industry, notably as the co-founder and former Joint Managing Director of OMAXE Ltd. His journey commenced with the launch of Executive Floors in Gurugram in 2001,marking the inception of his visionary contributions to the sector.

Under his stewardship, significant milestones were achieved, including the development of an expansive integrated township covering 85 acres in Greater Noida in 2003, followed by the successful launch of The Forest in Noida in 2004. In 2006, Mr. Goel’s ventures expanded into Lucknow and Indore, introducing integrated township projects to these burgeoning markets.

The year 2010 witnessed a landmark moment as the Company made its foray into New Chandigarh, capturing attention with the launch of a sprawling 700-plus-acre integrated township. By 2012, Mr. Goel’s visionary leadership had propelled the Company’s presence to27 cities across 8 states, establishing a formidable footprint in the real estate landscape.

By 2017, his remarkable achievements culminated in the milestone delivery of 100 million square feet of real estate projects, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. In 2017, Mr. Sunil Goel ventured into a new chapter with the introduction of Numax. Numax stands as a brand and symbol of our commitment to improvement, innovation, and transformation.
